Our returns, exchanges & refunds policy
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order placed on the webshop rainbows.cool to return all or part of your purchases for exchange or refund, if they do not suit you.
Article 6: Right of renunciation
In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the Seller that he/she renounces his/her purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract. This right of renunciation does not apply to professional buyers.
If a customer purchases a product considered to be clearly personalized, he/she automatically forfeits the right of withdrawal. By personalized product we mean a product requiring graphic work and validation of a model.
Within this period, the consumer must notify his intention to withdraw using the returns form and return, at his expense and risk, the product delivered to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, accompanied by all accessories, the user manual and the original invoice/delivery note. Products returned in this way must not have been unpacked, unsealed or used in any way. They must include all labels, as well as the protective band for swimwear and underwear. Goods that are incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Within 14 days, if the return complies with the acceptance conditions, after acceptance of the return of the goods, the Vendor undertakes to reimburse any payment, with the exception of shipping costs. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the initial payment upon receipt of the returned goods.
Only products purchased on www.rainbows.cool can be returned via the online returns process. Items that do not meet this criterion cannot be returned to the sender (items purchased from another store or on direct sales stands).
After the 14-day period, no items may be returned or exchanged.

How to return a Rainbows item
1.Contact us at store@rainbows.cool
2.Fill in the return form (click here) giving the references of the returned item, its quantity, whether it is an exchange or a refund, and the reason for your return.
3.Insert the return slip in your parcel, together with the item to be returned. Make sure you choose protective packaging and that it is well-sealed.
